Andrew Jacked’s Diet Plan

As seen above, in the mentioned workout, there are no reps or sets. Similarly, he isn’t completely open about his diet plan as well. However, he did share some glimpses about his diet at the time of his appearance on the YouTube channel of 8 consecutive times Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman’s podcast, along with some other vital information, such as due to his allergy to certain foods, he has to stay limited with choices.

Further, he shared that his day starts with eggs and oats. For the rest of the day, he likes combining chicken, broccoli, and rice. Similarly, he also likes having protein shakes to complete his daily protein requirement.
