Edgard John-Augustin’s diet entirely depends upon his current goal. For example, during the off-season, he eats five to six meals a day. At the time of cutting season, he takes five meals a day and reduces carbohydrates by 10% every week. Similarly, he likes keeping his 2nd and 3rd meals the same. He drinks about 6 liters of water daily, and prior to the competition, he will start cutting water.
